TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Payment Method 
Staffy B Ltd payments via the website are managed by Paypal.
For the best shopping experience visit our store! Purchases can be made in store, online or over the telephone using a debit card or credit card. All prices are inclusive of VAT.Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received by Staffy B Ltd.
 
2.Delivery to UK
Standard Delivery Charge £2.95 Mainland UK (£5.95 Non Mainland UK) for Telephone Orders of Gifts & Home Accessories.
Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Our courier service operates on 3-5 working days from dispatch. If you require a faster delivery service please contact us.
Product items not suitable for delivery can be collected from store.

3. Returns- Please note: we do not offer a free returns service for Telephone Orders.
You must notify us of returns within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
Please include your Name & Order No. inside the parcel and use a tracking or recorded courier. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Postage will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items.


4. Damaged Delivery or Faulty Goods
In the event of an item arriving damaged or faulty, please inform Staffy b Ltd within 24 hours of delivery. We will request a photograph of the damaged or faulty item before offering a replacement or full refund. We may also request that the faulty item be returned before replacement or refund is processed, the cost will be covered by Staffy B Ltd.
 
5. Cancellations 
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have already been dispatched. We will confirm by email if cancelation has been accepted prior to dispatch and process a refund within 7 days.

6. Retro Furniture & Accessories
Please note retro furniture and accessories are sold as seen & non-returnable. It is recommended visiting our store to view retro items.
Retro furniture and accessories are one off individuals!  Product descriptions and photography highlight rustic charm and character. Please contact us for further details including delivery options.

Visiting our store in Baldock, Hertfordshire will showcase all of the services and brands we offer.

The shop is open Tuesday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm - Saturday 9.30am to 3.00pm.
